- Soothe a sniffly baby: If your baby is restless and miserable because of the sniffles, try rubbing a dab of Vicks BabyBalsam on your own chest. Then, as you hold your child close against your bare arm, your body warmth will release the soothingaromas, helping your baby to relax and relieving their discomfort.
- The “Love Heart” massage: Try a ‘love heart’ massage onyour baby’s chest. Warm your hands and rub a small dab of Vicks Baby Balsam on your fingertips, then place both hands on yourbaby’s chest. With fingers flat, stroke up the sternum, around the top of the chest, out to the shoulders, down to the base of theribs and back to the bottom of your baby’s sternum, making a heart shape (repeat this several times as long as your baby isenjoying it).
